Direct message the job poster from Adaptive Health Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Adaptive Health | Photographer Position Summary Adaptive Health is seeking a results-driven Digital Direct Response Copywriter to craft persuasive, high-converting marketing copy that drives immediate consumer action. This role is ideal for a performance-minded writer with deep experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, specifically in the health and wellness sector. You’ll develop copy across digital and print channels, such as landing pages, advertorials, email funnels, social media ads, and video scripts, with the goal of maximizing conversion rates and ROI for premium nutritional supplement brands. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging performance data and testing insights to refine messaging and ensure compliance within regulatory boundaries. Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling direct response copy that converts across multiple platforms, including long-form landing pages, advertorial and editorial sales pages, email, paid social and search ads, and video scripts.
• Translate creative briefs and performance goals into persuasive content strategies that align with brand voice and compliance standards.
• Stay current on direct response trends, competitor campaigns, platform nuances, and FTC/DSHEA compliance for supplement claims.
• Contribute to creative ideation sessions and campaign planning meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand managers, marketers, and data analysts to align messaging with broader campaign strategy.
• Analyze A/B test results and live campaign data to draw actionable insights and optimize messaging performance.
• Conduct in-depth product and audience research to identify emotional drivers, pain points, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years of direct response copywriting experience, ideally in a DTC e-commerce environment.
• Proven success writing high-converting copy for health, wellness, or supplement products.
• Strong understanding of direct response mechanics, emotional storytelling, and FTC-compliant copy frameworks for supplements.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Team-first mindset with strong collaboration skills and a desire to continuously iterate based on feedback and data.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)

• Experience using AI writing tools for ideation, research, and iterative content development.
• Background in retail branded copywriting, with an understanding of how to balance direct response and brand voice.
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
• Knowledge of the health/supplement industry and the ability to empathize with a target audience different from yourself.
• Experience working in regulated industries and navigating FTC/DSHEA guidelines.
