What Youll Do

• Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to understand hiring needs and prioritize requisitions.
• Use advanced sourcing techniques and recruiting tools to identify, engage, and assess top technical talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support current and anticipated hiring plans.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Stay informed on market and compensation trends to support competitive offer development.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and hiring managers to improve processes and implement best practices.

• Proven experience (3+ years) recruiting technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, including software development, AI/ML, and product functions.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and technical assessment platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
