We are seeking experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisors to oversee daily warehouse operations at our Los Angeles and Chicago facilities. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient handling of freight forwarding activities, including receiving, storage, consolidation, and outbound shipments. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, loading/unloading, inventory control, and shipping.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight in compliance with freight forwarding requirements and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
• Oversee and train warehouse associates, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Work closely with operations, customs brokerage, and transportation teams to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Enforce proper handling of hazardous materials and temperature-sensitive shipments as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare and review daily/weekly reports on productivity, staffing, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience (freight forwarding industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic freight handling, cargo build-up/breakdown, and TSA/CBP compliance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and scanning technology.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Additional Information

• Location: One position in Los Angeles, CA and one in Chicago, IL.
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site. May require overtime or weekend shifts depending on business needs.
